Job Title:Account Manager III (Telco)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Client Development team at BHN, focusing on telco clients. In this role, you will manage relationships, conduct meetings, and oversee technology and incentive programs. You\’ll coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are delivered successfully. This position offers the chance to engage in exciting projects, contribute to client growth, and support our business through various initiatives. It\’s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a thriving company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with effective account strategies for retention and growth.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, cross-sell, and prepare new business proposals.
  • Lead regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse program data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and the business.
  • Ensure high standards of delivery, resolve client service concerns, and manage financial aspects of programs.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement efficiencies, new processes, and innovations.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
