Customer Solutions Specialist – Haydock – Monday to Friday – 07.30am – 16.30pm
Based in our Customer Solutions office in Haydock, the Customer Solutions Specialist is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Specialist coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based within our Haydock office. Working directly with the other departments and areas of the business.

- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
