Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our fantastic team in Culverhouse Cross- Cardiff. As our Marketing Coordinator you will coordinate and implement all aspects of the company’s marketing, help generate new leads, strengthen customer relationships and overall brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Preferably Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, Communications or Advertising)
- Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with a confident phone manner
- Enthusiastic and friendly manner, ability to work within a team
- Hardworking, independent, and proactive
- High level of computer literacy including familiarity with Social Media platforms / Excel / Word / PowerPoint / SurveyMonkey/ DotDigital
- Experience with Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator / GIMP / CANVA or similar
- Past work experience in marketing or admin is desired
Key responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator
- Leading, planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
- Providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Composing and posting online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Assisting in the design/distribution of newsletters and information
- Producing marketing literature to strengthen the company’s presence in the market
- Reporting on website and social media KPIs and analytics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyse trends
- Providing fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of content
- Coordinating and maintaining all branded merchandise, including inventory management, and ensuring that all new merchandise meets the firms brand guidelines
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
- Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media
