Catering Team Leader

Social Enterprise covers LSU’s Venue, Catering, Retail, and Facilities departments.

The Catering department provides a diverse and inclusive range of catering options across several outlets at LSU. Providing a high-quality customer service, whilst preparing, cooking, and serving food and drinks. The department includes JCs Catering, The Daily Grind, Humpit, and Subway, as well as providing catering services and expertise across LSU at varied events and hospitality functions.

Loughborough Students\’ Union is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Catering Team Leader to co-ordinate and support student staff within their designated area to ensure their duties are completed to the required standard. To feedback issues, complaints and suggestions to their line manager working closely with them to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers and staff.

Salary – LSU Pay Scale 2, currently £23,332 – £23,543. Offers will be made at a pay point appropriate to the skill and experience of the successful candidate

Hours – This position is offered full time, 35 hours per week.

Hours are assigned by a changing weekly rota dependant on business requirements. Night, evening, and weekend working will be a regular part of this rota. Whilst LSU supports flexible working wherever possible, requests will be balanced against operational need.
