Trainee Wealth Manager

MCS Group is looking for an ambitious Trainee Wealth Manager to join a highly renowned investment management firm. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity based in-office in Belfast.

One of the longest-running firms of its kind, our client is renowned across the UK & Ireland for their financial advice and investment management business. Since their inception, they have received countless industry awards and recognition for the level of service provided to their clients.

As the successful Trainee Wealth Manager, you will receive the following:

The Role:

As the successful Trainee Wealth Manager, you will play a key role in:

  • Working closely with Wealth Managers and Advisers in a support role
  • Taking the lead on client records & processes – report writing, assets transfers, payments processing & more
  • Working closely with clients and customers to business standards, ensuring top-tier service is provided
  • Effectively managing client accounts, reviewing accounts and dealing with client queries and requests

The Person:

The successful Trainee Wealth Manager will meet the following criteria:

  • Some professional experience within financial services is desirable – but excellent, recent graduate candidates will also be considered
  • Keen interest in the wealth management and investment management space
  • Genuinely ambitious – someone who is determined to establish themselves long-term in a career within wealth and investment management
  • Excellent communication skills
