The ideal candidate will have

  • Level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People (or enrolled)
  • Experience of Managing a Children Home or minimum 2 years experience working within a children’s residential home
  • Handles pressure with ease
  • An individual with unwavering determination and a genuine zeal for making a difference.
