Job Title: Unqualified Teacher
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £110 – £130 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and motivated Unqualified Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in the Leicestershire area.

This Ofsted-rated Good school is looking for a graduate with a passion for education and child development and is recognised for its strong leadership, positive learning environment, and commitment to student progress. It provides a nurturing setting where both staff and students are encouraged to thrive.

About the Role:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Support students in their learning and development.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and quality of education.

Requirements of Unqualified Teacher:

  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
  • Experience working with young people in any capacity is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
  • An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).
  • An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
