As aLearning and Development Specialistyou willdesign, develop, and deliver engaging and impactful training content that equips MrQ’s people with the skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
What You Will Do
Training Content Development
- Create compelling, accessible training materials for both technical and soft skills areas.
- Use a variety of formats including e-learning, workshops, videos, and guides.
Training Delivery
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events across the company.
- Tailor delivery to different audiences and learning styles.
Program Support
- Work closely with the Talent Development Lead to align training content with broader L&D strategies.
- Support onboarding and leadership development programs through training delivery.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback and assess training effectiveness; iterate content and approach accordingly.
- Stay current on best practices in learning and development and incorporate into training.
