Working: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (with some flexibility available)
Location: Leeds (Hybrid) 2 days office, 3 days working from home

We’re on the hunt for a Media & Planning Insights Executive—someone with an analytical mind, a love of data, and a knack for turning numbers into narratives that drive action. You\’ll support the planning and reporting of high-impact retail media campaigns, bringing clarity to performance and helping stakeholders make smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do
- Analyse campaign performance to extract insights and improve future planning
- Build accurate, engaging reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Translate data into simple, impactful stories for clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial, and Ops teams to support joined-up planning and reporting
- Stay informed on media trends and competitive activity in the retail media space
What You’ll Bring
Attitude & Approach (Essential)
- Logical thinker with strong attention to detail

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Able to translate data into clear, engaging stories and recommendations
- Commercially minded and aware of business context behind the data
Knowledge (Desirable, but not essential – we’ll train you up):
- Familiarity with retail, media or marketing industries
- Understanding of media metrics (e.g. CTR, reach) or sales data (e.g. EPOS, Kantar)
- Awareness of consumer trends and retail media measurement approaches
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with large datasets or reporting tools a plus
- Bonus points for experience with Power BI, Tableau or Pyramid Analytics
Education:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English (numeracy and written skills essential)
- A Levels or equivalent including at least one numerate subject
