We are seeking a dedicated Education Center Test Proctor who will provide secure testing and informed academic advisement to the RAF Mildenhall community. This role blends test administration, academic support, and customer service in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
Test Proctoring Services
- Administer standardized exams, including Air University, Pearson VUE, FAA, CDCs, and more
- Maintain testing integrity through secure procedures and adherence to official guidelines
- Prepare test rooms, manage logs, and ensure compliance with Department of the Air Force protocols
Academic Advising & Student Support
- Provide individualized academic and career advising to military members, dependents, and DoD civilians
- Support educational pathways ranging from basic skills to graduate degrees, with a focus on programs like the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF)
- Offer guidance on licensure, certifications, and professional development opportunities (e.g., AFCOOL)
- Educate clients on officer accession programs and financial aid resources, including VA benefits and tuition assistance
- Assist participants in preparing for Professional Military Education (PME) and other self-paced learning opportunities
Administrative & Outreach Responsibilities
- Schedule tests, submit reports, and handle document preparation
- Conduct outreach and follow-up to ensure students are progressing toward their goals
- Participate in planning and execution of CCAF graduation ceremonies as part of the Graduation Committee

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 15 semester hours in social sciences, education, or related field or at least 1 year of relevant experience in academic advising, particularly in military or adult education
- Strong understanding of academic advising principles and military education programs (e.g., CCAF)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-first mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher
- U.S. citizenship required; must meet base access requirements
