Salary: Β£26,400 – Β£28,000

Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their remote finance team.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Kent for occasional team meetings or training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration and must be proficient in using Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for financial queries via phone and email
Process financial data and maintain accurate records across internal systems
Carry out financial reconciliations and administrative duties in line with GDPR
Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries efficiently
Support the wider finance function to meet team and individual performance targets

Requirements:

Proficient in Oracle financial systems
Previous experience in an accounts administration or finance support role
