Job Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Job Coach to support learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in achieving meaningful work-based learning and employment outcomes. Working closely with students, tutors, managers, employers, families, partners and external agencies, you will support and coach young people and adults with SEND to develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed for the workplace. This role involves job matching, employer engagement, on-site support, and promoting inclusive employment practices across a range of settings.
