Knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and able to lead by example: we are seeking hosts / senior wait staff who can demonstrate a strong knowledge of our menus and systems and ensure an enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.
As a company, we look for enthusiastic, friendly, and personable team members who have a passion for great service and show a dedication to the smaller details. Our senior wait staff should have plenty of experience in premium-casual restaurants to pass on their knowledge to colleagues.
We are seeking candidates who can commit to at least two weekends work a month (or more if you\’d like to include weekdays).
What we offer:
- For weekday shifts, a basic rate of £14.96 per hour, plus 6.12% holiday pay, totaling £15.88 per hour.
- For shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, an enhanced rate of £16.25 per hour, plus 6.12% holiday pay, totaling £17.24 per hour.
Employees also have access to benefits including meals on duty and staff discounts across our restaurant and café businesses.
