The position is based in West Thurrock. This is a fixed‑term contract with the opportunity to move to a permanent role. The working hours are 8.30 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. (22.5 hours per week).
Base pay range
ÂŁ12.21 per hour.

Job Description
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner; ensure guest needs are addressed efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive throughout the guest journey; answer questions and resolve concerns amicably.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and support an inclusive, safe working environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and any site‑specific food service or catering guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Passion for food and/or customer service.
