I\’m currently looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join a brilliant team as a Customer Service Advisor. If you\’re someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and wants to be part of a supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—whether it’s answering questions about products, updating order information, or resolving issues, your role is all about making sure every customer interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle enquiries across phone, email, and other channels with a helpful and professional approach.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing and tracking orders, as well as updating any necessary information.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about a range of products so you can offer useful advice and accurate answers.
- Issue Resolution: Deal with complaints or problems calmly and efficiently, escalating when needed.
- Record Keeping: Keep customer records and communication logs up to date and accurate.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to make sure the customer journey runs smoothly.
- Feedback Collection: Listen to customer feedback and share it to help improve services.
