What you\’ll be doing
This is a permanent role in various locations including Stratford, East Ham, Woodford, Chigwell, Dagenham, Rainham, Romford, Gray\’s, Southend on Sea, Basildon, Rayleigh, Chelmsford, Brentwood, Harlow, Bishops Stortford, and Braintree.
You will work 40 hours a week, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday, with overtime opportunities available.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, starting your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues such as being out of fuel, tyre repairs, or battery replacements, and helping them get back on the road confidently.
What you\’ll need
- To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
- A current Category B driving licence
- NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred)
- Empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome
- Experience in the Motor Repair industry
- Experience of lone working (desirable)
- Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
- Adherence to Health & Safety best practices
- Collaboration skills to improve the customer claims journey
