This position is part of the Supply Chain located in Ilfracombe and will be position is on-site in Ilfracombe At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
- Ability to manage multiple teams.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills to help drive and measure improvements.
- Able to lead teams in a multifunctional environment.
- Must be dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work well alone and with a wide range of people within the business both internally and externally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to drive through improvements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present information concisely and effectively.
- Ability to create Business cases to justify capital expenditure for improvements identified.
Who you are:
- Degree level in supply chain / business management or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
- Must be self-motivated
- Able to demonstrate an aptitude for this highly demanding role.
- Full driving license
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – to filtration locations across the globe (Puerto Rico, US, Europe)
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- 5 years’ management experience working within a Supply chain discipline.
