The Role:
Our nationwide Plant and Tool division hires a range of equipment including diggers, dumpers, and small tools for customers across the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
Working in the heart of the depot, the Labourer is responsible for keeping the workshop and yard areas clean and tidy, ensuring these areas are free of hazards and that tools are stored away correctly. The Labourer also ensures that any plant equipment leaving the depot has been pressure cleaned and refueled, with quality checks to ensure readiness for the customer, while updating fuel logs accurately.
About You
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience working in a labourer role, preferably within a hire depot/yard environment
- Strong team player willing to support colleagues with additional tasks when required
- Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced depot environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- CSCS card, forklift license, and driving license are preferable
