We’re looking for a confident self-starter to spearhead their business development and marketing efforts. This brand-new role will suit someone with gravitas, initiative, and a knack for engaging professionals across all levels. You’ll be the door opener, the connector, and the storyteller—setting up conversations that turn into meaningful client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with professional businesses, introducing financial advice services
Work directly with senior leaders to create and execute growth campaigns
Drive content marketing: blogs, newsletters, social media, and a brand-new website
Set up high-quality meetings and seminars for our advisers to convert prospects
Craft direct messaging campaigns—think tailored intros, not mass emails
Support the adviser team in expanding corporate client relationships
What You Bring
BD and sales savvy, especially within professional services
Quality-first approach with the ability to think and act strategically
Proven experience in client engagement and building pipelines
Hands-on experience with social media (LI, Instagram, Facebook)
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
