West End, London (Hybrid Working)
Our client, a global investment firm, is looking for an experiencedTeam Assistant to support a small team within Private Equity. You will have extensive experience of managing demanding, ever-changing schedules, with constant meeting scheduling over time zones, international travel planning and itinerary writing, as well as operating as a first point of contact for stakeholders and direct reports. It is essential you have gravitas, a calm but capable manner, and bring a positive, collaborative approach.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team in a hybrid role (4 days in the office), providing seamless support. You\’ll be instrumental in keeping their world turning, working closely with other Team Assistants in a professional yet down-to-earth environment.
