We are looking for experienced and talented Floor Staff to join our fantastic venue.

The Role:
As a member of the floor team, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests to our venues.
- Handling guest inquiries.
- Providing guests with information about the venue, its services, and upcoming events.
- Accompanying guests to their event, room, reserved area, or booth.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum of one year\’s experience in a similar customer-facing role.
