The successful IT Support Engineer will be the first port of call for 300+ users both internally and externally within the business, ensuring that tickets are logged, rectifying troubleshooting issues, and escalating issues to the right teams. As you will be the face of the business to a certain degree, dealing with people in a personable, comprehensive manner, and having outstanding interpersonal skills are as important as technical skills and experience. Experience working within and cross platform environment supporting Windows and Mac devices
Understanding of IT and troubleshooting issues relating to Active Directory, Azure, Office 365
Exposure to MDM – Intune
Knowledge of fundamental Networking (Routers, Switches, Wireless) skills are essential
