About The Role

As a Residence Life Duty Manager (Revenue & Admin), you’ll play a vital role in delivering a high-quality student experience across our university-managed accommodation. You’ll lead a team of Team Leaders and Help Desk Operators, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative processes. Your responsibilities include managing accommodation contracts, guest bookings, supporting student arrivals and events, and collaborating with colleagues across Estates and Campus Services to support conferences, commercial bookings, and residential life programs.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. You’ll be based at our main accommodation sites—The City and The Village—where you’ll help maintain a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for students, guests, and staff.

About You

Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, administration, and team supervision, preferably within residential, hospitality, or higher education settings. You should be confident managing multiple priorities, leading a team, and using systems to support bookings, reporting, and service delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with students, staff, and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for all.
