Team Assistant – Property (C-Suite Support)
Central London
4 days office based, 1 day WFH
£40,000 – £45,000 DOE + discretionary 10% bonus

Meraki Talent are working with a successful Property company to recruit a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support three C-Suite Executives. This is a demanding role that requires gravitas and a confident approach, thinking two steps ahead.

The successful candidate MUST have proven experience in a Team Assistant/PA role.

Team Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management – Coordinate complex schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal use of executive time.
  • Global Travel Coordination – Organise international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and visas.
  • Presentation Preparation – Draft and format high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination – Organise and support meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups. Support in organising Finance conferences.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, manage communications, and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as needed.

Team Assistant Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives, ideally within the Property sector, or wider professional services.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Able to work autonomously, take initiative, and problem-solve proactively.
  • Unflappable under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • A discreet and professional approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
