About the role
As a Product Manager, you’ll lead your assigned Fuels additive portfolio strategy. This is a commercial role ideal for someone who combines market intelligence, customer insight, and market strategy with technology. You will develop and drive market- and customer-focused product line strategies to ensure the long-term financial health of the portfolio, collaborating with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.
You will foster long-term relationships through creative partnerships and provide guidance to help our clients better serve their customers. Taking a value-oriented approach, you will build, own, and manage the entire lifecycle of your portfolio, bringing solutions to customers to help them overcome challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
About you
You should have experience working within a category or technical marketing role, with commercial and technical acumen, strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
You will have a solid understanding of the financial aspects of a product line, including pricing, margins, and profitability, and the ability to make sound business decisions based on data analysis.
You will thrive in leadership and collaboration, demonstrating skills in engaging and motivating cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, sales, and marketing.
You will also bring:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with a variety of stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and senior leadership.
- Technical understanding of chemical products or lubricants is a plus.
