  • Aider les clients Ă  faire leurs achats, Ă  trouver le produit qu\’ils recherchent et Ă  trouver des solutions.
  • Offrir une expĂ©rience rapide et courtoise aux caisses et manipuler l’argent selon les normes.
  • Sensibiliser les clients aux avantages du programme de rĂ©compenses et effectuer les inscriptions.
  • Mettre les clients au courant du sondage Voix du client (VDC).
  • Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes AEL/REM (achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin) et les commandes expĂ©diĂ©es Ă  partir du magasin (EXP/M).
  • Participer aux processus de dĂ©chargement des camions, de remplissage des prĂ©sentoirs et de planogramme (POG).
  • Responsable du rangement de la marchandise et de l\’entretien, y compris le processus de retour de la marchandise, replacer la marchandise sur les Ă©tagères et du rangement gĂ©nĂ©ral du magasin, afin d\’assurer un magasin oĂą la marchandise est bien prĂ©sentĂ©e et en stock.
  • Effectuer les tâches d’optimisation des stocks en magasin (OSEM) et les montages pour les soldes hebdomadaires tel qu’assignĂ©es.
  • Soutenir les programmes de prĂ©vention des pertes et de sĂ©curitĂ©.
  • Respecter les ProcĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles normalisĂ©es (PON) et les programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformitĂ© aux lois et exigences applicables, mettre en pratique les politiques et les normes de l’entreprise.
