Are you a skilled Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment? Come be a part of this global manufacturing company at its market leading Hydraulic Valve Systems Europe division (HVSE). Be a part of this expansive site as it implements future technology within valve products in both new creation and improvements on original technology across large international customers.
As a Process Engineer at its HVSE hub, you will drive proper process engineering best practice and enforce lean-manufacturing process and safety standards, while improving manufacturing flow and keeping ongoing quality standards. Responsibility will be yours for project improvement and keeping lean standards for site production.

Responsibilities
- Optimise and improve manufacturing processes through focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across machining operations
- Lead and support lean initiatives by driving continuous improvement through waste reduction, process standardisation, and shop floor optimisation.
- Manage and contribute to New Product Introduction and localisation projects, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production.
- Maintain compliance with EHS and ISO standards, supporting audits and promoting strong 5S and change management practices.
- Deliver hands-on process engineering support, using data analysis and internal systems to identify and implement impactful improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar position for Manufacturing Process Engineering
- Continuous improvement background and knowledge using Lean-Sigma in a similar environment
- Industry background within Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- Hydraulic experience and/or background is a strong benefit to have
- Six-Sigma or similar process improvement experience is a strong bonus to have
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of how to effectively analyses data to meet business demand, would be advantageous to have
