Copart UK Ltd are recruiting for an Administrator to join their team based in Bedford MK44 3JZ. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Central Transport team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while delivering high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Handle general correspondence and administration for the transport team, including suppliers and yards. Maintain and update central vehicle and plant records, ensuring accuracy across both paper and computerised filing systems. Manage incoming telephone inquiries and direct them accordingly. Raise and process purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner. Collate and order stationary supplies for the team as needed. Assist with various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the department.What we need from you: Previous experience in an administrative role or similar automotive environment. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing demands and work flexibly. Full, clean driving license.
