The Venue
Vaillant Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technicianto join our Estates team. If you’re a multi-skilled technician with a solid grasp of building services and a “can-do” attitude, this role is for you.
You’ll support the delivery of maintenance and lifecycle services across the venue—getting stuck into everything from repairs and general upkeep to painting, decorating, and working with HVAC and BMS systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping buildings running at their best.
