Location: Romford (RM3)

Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum + uncapped bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday + 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (rota)

Top Master Technicians here are earning an additional £12,000 on average, thanks to our uncapped bonus structure, plus £300 per quarter through our VoC (Voice of Customer) bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Master Technician, you’ll be central to delivering the highest levels of service and technical excellence. Your role will focus on:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the very highest standards.
  • Using your expertise to support colleagues, Service Advisors, and Workshop Control.
  • Communicating clearly with customers when technical knowledge or reassurance is required.
  • Ensuring every job meets our commitment to quality, safety, and customer loyalty.
  • Keeping your technical knowledge up to date across our product range.

You’ll be respected as the expert in the workshop, but also part of a collaborative team working together to deliver value to our customers and the business.

What You’ll Have

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and the right values:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • Master Technician accreditation (any manufacturer/brand).
  • Fully equipped with your own tools.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience as a Technical Expert / Co-Tech with Renault, Nissan, or Dacia is desirable, but not essential – we offer fast-track courses to support brand transfer for Gold- and Master-level Technicians.
