This is a 2 month temp to perm role – with an immedaite start date! You will be based in a super trendy, lively Head Office in the heart of Greenwich where you will work with a very experienced, knowledgeable. Where the company culture is driven by pioneer-thinking and talent.
You\’ll be responsible for establishing, managing, and evolving Asite work flows to align with the clients internal processes, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your focus will include document accuracy, version control, work flow compliance, and providing consistent support to the wider construction and development team.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain Asite-based information management procedures.

Develop, test, and implement workflows for both ongoing and legacy projects.

Efficiently manage document uploads, version control, and distribution via Asite.

Maintain and update key folders (drawings, schedules, specifications).
-
Set up and manage document registers.
-
Upload and manage project documentation, including scans of internal records.
-
Keep project teams updated on document status and outstanding actions.
-
Ensure timely document distribution as directed by the Head of Construction.

Monitor and report on document flow using appropriate schedules.

Support project close-out, archiving, and handover processes.
-
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all project documentation.

Quality check all incoming and outgoing documents.

Ensure efficient transfer of documentation to clients and consultants.

Champion best practices in document control across internal teams.

Support onboarding of external consultants and contractors to Asite.

Liaise with the Asite team to ensure system functionality meets project and regulatory needs, including Golden Thread compliance.

Test new Asite functionalists under consideration

Person Specification:
Experience & Background:

Proven experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of document control processes and standards.

Solid knowledge of version control and drawing/document numbering systems.

Previous experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.

Experience with Asite is essential.
