Warehouse Operative Nights | Dunstable (LU5) | £12.21 – £14.91 per hour | Ongoing Work
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our well‑established parcel distribution client in Dunstable (LU5). This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing night shift work with long‑term potential and excellent pay progression.
Responsibilities
- Pick parcels off conveyor systems using handheld scanners
- Sort parcels accurately for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets
Hours & Pay
- Start Time: Midnight (12:00am)
- Shift Length: 8‑12 hours per night
- Days: Monday to Friday (weekend work available during peak periods)
- Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (PAYE)
- After 12 weeks: £14.91 per hour + £21.00 per hour overtime
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Inductions last 23 hours and are unpaid unless you complete the full shift that same night
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Experience using handheld scanners preferred
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport
- Safety boots and hi‑vis required
