This is an opportunity for an experienced Site or Construction Manager on a 4-6 month full-time contract on site at a leading charity and occupier.
Tasked with looking after the contractors on site, your role would be to supervise each ongoing project across the estate. You\’d be expected to make sure the works are following the spec and on time, the contractors are operating safely, and that you are on hand to answer any initial queries that come up.
You\’d report into the Project Manager, being their eyes and ears on the ground, helping out for a period of up to 6 months while there is so much work going on.
