Job Summary

Since 2021, SEEPEX has been part of the Ingersoll Rand Group, a global supplier of process-relevant flow and industrial solutions, consisting of more than 40 renowned brands.
The role oversees both the internal and external sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate both the external and internal sales teams to achieve business growth and maintain customer base, especially in the wastewater market.
- Expand into new industries beyond the core wastewater segment (e.g., food and beverage).
- Implement and adapt global business unit strategies to the local UK/Ireland context.
- Directly manage key accounts as needed (hands -on involvement expected).
- Overall site responsibility for EHS
- KPIs for the first 6 –12 months:
- Bookings level and growth in bookings.
- Number of customer visits (measured via CRM).
- Sales funnel size and growth (pipeline development).
- Revenue growth target is mid to high single digits (7 –10%), though may approach double digits due to recent dips in performance.
- Address team performance gaps and support new hires in becoming effective salespeople.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; master’s preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership capabilities, especially in driving cultural change and integrating new team members.
- Technical background, ideally in pumps or the wastewater industry
- Proven track record of business growth.
- Experience in a corporate/international environment is desirable
- Prior leadership in similar-sized or larger/smaller teams is desirable
