Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and secure new SME business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales enquiries from residential and commercial clients via phone, email, and web forms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless customer experience, and ensure orders are processed in line with our existing processes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales / sales management
- Ambitious & self-driven
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in the telecoms sector is preferred
