About The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and data-driven PPC Manager to manage and optimise the paid search activity for our UK brands: BetMGM, LeoVegas and Pink Casino.
This is a hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution and performance optimisation of our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You’ll work locally within the UK Marketing department, with a clear focus on acquisition efficiency and brand growth in a competitive market.
You’ll also maintain a strong connection with the central PPC team, who manage campaigns across other global markets, to ensure alignment on strategy, knowledge sharing, platform best practices and consistent execution standards.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Owning the management and optimisation of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms for BetMGM, LeoVegas and Pink Casino
- Delivering against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS and NDC volume, ensuring spend is effectively deployed
- Creating and maintaining high-performance campaigns across both always-on and event-led activity
- Conducting ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, bidding strategy optimisation and audience targeting
- Managing campaign budgets, forecasts and pacing to ensure investment is aligned with business priorities
- Partnering with our media agency to enhance performance, adopt platform innovations and track competitors
- Working closely with the central PPC team to ensure strategic alignment, consistency and adoption of best practice across markets
- Reporting on campaign performance with clear insight and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to align paid search activity with CRM programmes, brand campaigns and product initiatives
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Significant hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns via Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- A strong track record of delivering efficient acquisition performance in a data-led environment
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, bid strategies, attribution models and tracking technologies
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau (or similar)
- Experience working with or managing external media agencies
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance insight clearly and confidently
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Experience in gaming or other regulated categories is advantageous but not essential
