This is an amazing opportunity to progress your Production / Producer experience within a well respected, cutting edge Talent Representative Agency. Candidates must have strong Production experience within the fashion, luxury, beauty, styling or set design industries.
You will be assisting producers with:
- Managing end to end jobs for clients on behalf of artists and their assistants.
- Delivering on time, high quality, to budget productions
- Communicating regularly with all stakeholders, including artists, brand employees, shared services, and management as needed
- Supporting the agents in delivering the best possible outcomes for clients and artists
- Collaborating with other agencies to collectively improve production.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Assist a Producer or Agent with running confirmed jobs from start to finish
- Managing the budget and reconciling estimates with actual spend (including signing off on third party invoices)
- Liaising with clients and outside producers to ensure common understanding of production needs.
- Liaising with artists directly or through their assistants regarding their schedule and upcoming jobs
- Assisting artists and their assistants on all production; organising travel arrangements, booking flights, organising visas, booking couriers, hotels and cars etc.
- Developing [shoot schedules], travel schedules and call sheets, where required.
- Managing job wrap ups
- Reconcile expenses, including credit card expenses.
- Working together with central accounting team to submit job files on time and to support timely reporting.
- Generating invoices and ensuring prompt payment from clients
- Wrapping jobs after completion including collection of supporting information
- Collection of shoot assets
- Building a good network of resources (assistants, support services, industry contacts) that each artist can work with
- Assisting the agents with additional duties, as needed
The nature of this job requires working early mornings, late evenings and weekends depending on the projects in pipeline. During show seasons, the agency operates at a very rapid pace, with engagement across multiple shows and clients at a time. The candidate should be prepared for busy periods during January – end of February, June, and September to mid-October.
