The Role
As a TL Property Operations you will be a member of the Estates Delivery where you will provide support and leadership to effectively ensure safe compliant maintenance for Property Operations assets.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage delivery to ensure that the site is maintained, statutory compliant and operational for core business activities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Keeping good foresight and avoiding any potential impacts that Property Operations activities may have on the delivery of QinetiQ business, capability or site tenants
- Delivering a proactive, trained and engaged team minimising reliance on subcontractor frameworks supporting continuous change
- Ensuring effective management with key stakeholders, internal departments, QinetiQ operational functions and the MoD where applicable
- Identifying and leading on continuous improvement activities and leading on distinct elements as set out by the Group Leader reporting on operational delivery monthly
- Supporting the Group Leader in delivering the sites budget and reviewing how we deliver each service whilst making recommendations
Essential Experience Of The TL Property Operations
- Minimum of 3 years in either Facility Management, H&S or Operations
- Proven experience of influencing key stakeholders and decision makers through the promotion of Operational strategies
- Demonstrable experience of managing a team or multiple stakeholders;
- Strong leadership with the ability to solve problems using your own initiative
- Strong computer skills working with the Microsoft Office Package
