The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

The BIM Manager will support the Algeco internal design team (along with operational, manufacturing and commercial functions), with the implementation and management of BIM processes throughout the lifecycle of a project, from design, construction to handover and operation.

They will ensure the effective use of BIM technologies to improve collaboration, communication and efficiency in the construction industry. Essentially, they act as a bridge between different stakeholders and facilitate the integration of BIM into the project workflow, in accordance with our ISO:19650 ‘Lead Appointed Party’ accreditation.

The primary purpose is to provide a turnkey design service during the pre and post contract periods of a wide variety of construction projects within the Education, Healthcare, Defence, Justice, Retail and Commercial sectors, delivered using the latest offsite, modern methods of construction.

As the senior authority for Building Information Modelling (BIM), this role will drive and support the use of digital information within the Algeco OSS business (and at times the wider group), ensuring compliance with industry standards. This candidate will be expected to lead the implementation of the use of BIM within the business plus guide and mentor others in its use.
