We are seeking to recruit a dedicated, organised, and hard-working Administrator to work throughout Term-Time in order to support and deliver a variety of administration tasks as part of our busy school team.
Our office team is situated within the Main Reception area at the heart of the school campus and serves as a central point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to gain a wide range of experience in a varied and challenging role.

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a busy office environment in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred. Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information
Heriot’s is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007, and successful candidates will be required to obtain membership of the PVG scheme.
