We’re looking for a motivated and safety‑conscious Trade LGV Driver to join our friendly team in Leicester, and help keep our local communities clean and sustainable. We offer a competitive rate of £15.79 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including rear and front loaders, to collect and empty bins for trade waste customers.
- Work independently as a one‑person crew, managing routes and ensuring smooth, safe operation.
- Engage outdoors, stay on the move, and take pride in a job well done.
- Start early and finish early, working rain or shine to keep local areas clean.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A valid LGV/HGV licence and Driver CPC (essential)
- A great attitude and a focus on safety
- Experience driving HGVs (waste or recycling experience a bonus!)
- Reliability, self‑motivation, and comfort working independently
