Salvus Total solutions ltd have an exciting new role for a Telesales/ Appointment Setter to join our business based in our Old Harlow offices On a full time basis. Your role will be based upon calling new and existing clients within commercial sector. Telesales / Appointment setter. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cold Calling: Contacting potential customers (businesses or individuals) to introduce products or services and gauge interest. 2. Appointment Scheduling: Setting up meetings or phone calls for sales representatives with qualified leads. 3. Lead Qualification: Asking questions to assess whether a potential customer is a good fit for the product or service being offered. 4. Database Management: Updating customer information in the CRM system and tracking interactions with leads. 5. Follow-up: Following up with leads who may not have responded initially, and nurturing the relationship to keep them engaged. 6. Product Knowledge: Having a strong understanding of the products or services to answer questions or overcome objections during calls. 7. Reporting: Reporting on the status of appointments set, sales goals, and any issues encountered during calls.
