As a Site Operator, it would be your responsibility to?
- Receive deliveries of supplies and ensure safe handling and storage to laid down operational procedures.
- Load vehicles of supplies and ensure safe handling and dispatch to laid down operational procedures.
- Contribute to the safe handling and storage of chemical products to ensure compliance with legislation and operational requirements.
- Filling of packed products following operational procedures.
- Blending of products laid down in operational procedures.
- Building loads to meet customer and depot orders.
- Contribute to the safe and efficient running of the yard and warehouses.
- Applying general housekeeping at all times.
- Carrying out any reasonable task after adequate training, related to the post assigned by a line manager.
Your Skills & Experience
- Previous experience of working within the chemical industry (desirable)
- H&S experience
- Flexible and able to work within a team
- Able to follow H&S procedures and standards
- Able to communicate well with customers, suppliers, depots, and other employees
