We’re seeking a talented HR Adviser to join our HR Team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to step into Financial Services and continue their career in HR.

You will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor, Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partners, and the HR Services team to assist in delivering the overall business strategy.

As HR Adviser, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, sickness absence management, flexible working requests, and grievances, escalating as required.
  • Establishing and developing trusted relationships across the business at various levels through collaboration and credibility.
  • Collaborating with managers and HRBPs to develop action plans for employee concerns and performance issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • Supporting the wider HR Team, including the Senior HR Adviser, on employee relations matters.
  • Providing HR advice and guidance to specific client groups.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and current developments in HR.
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong systems and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Desired qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • This role may require travel between Bracknell and London, and to other offices as needed.
