We are looking for aCapture Coordinator with strong administrative skills to support our proposal process and keep key activities running smoothly. In this role, you will be part of our UK Business Development Team, providing essential coordination and administrative support on high-priority bids within the infrastructure sector. You’ll work closely with Senior Market Directors and Capture Managers to help organize inputs, maintain schedules, and ensure that proposals are professionally prepared and submitted on time.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Support the wider team and search for tender opportunity tracking by reviewing platforms and maintaining up-to-date ePortals and compliance databases (e.g. Achilles UVDB, RISQS, Builders Profile).
- Manage pre-bid submissions, including Expressions of Interest, Vendor Questionnaires, ESPDs, and standard PQQs.
- Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline and assist with data collation, including project sheets, case studies, CVs, and visuals via Orbit.
- Coordinate proposal activities, meetings, and capture processes, ensuring timely collaboration across teams.
- Oversee daily management of shared inboxes and support coordination of events for the UK & Ireland sales team when required.
- Advocate for best practices, including use of content libraries and AI tools, while remaining flexible to support other tasks as needed.
