- A thoughtful communicator and attentive listener
- Someone curious, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable adapting to each guest
- A practitioner who values continuous learning and growth
- A holistic thinker aligned with our values of sustainability and collaboration
We welcome practitioners with:
- A qualification in massage, holistic therapy, or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience or interest in traditional wellness practices (Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, etc.)
- Optional but welcome: yoga, breath work, or movement-based training
- If you’re currently working in a more routine-led spa and feel ready to grow into a therapist who can design and deliver personalised treatments, we’d love to support that journey.
