The Guinness Open Gate Brewery London (GOGBL) new Guinness neighbourhood in London that will inspire the best in brewing, food, retail and culture. Consisting of 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and central courtyard in the historic brewing quarter in Covent Garden, GOGBL will become a key growth driver for Guinness, placing the brand in culture, driving relevancy and brand saliency amongst a new generation of drinkers. GB is the biggest Guinness market globally and Guinness is enjoying a period of exceptional growth and cultural magnetism, with the brand growing by around 50% since 2019 to the biggest it has ever been in value, volume and market share in the brand\’s 264-year history.

- Bespoke 5th floor glass box rooftop eating and drinking experience creating brand new rooftop view of London.
- Brewery and beer experience/tasting tours.
- Cultural events space designed and fitted out with technology to enable world class meeting and conference experiences
You will be responsible for:
- Front of house visitor welcome
- Maximising our capacity while ensuring our guests have a 5-star experience
- Respond promptly to visitor enquiries
- Support in event running and management, preparing function sheets
- Working with the Digital Marketing & Ticketing Executive to ensure that consumer communications on site are clear and ticket sales/capacity is maximised
- Work closely with the Tour team to ensure the seamless running of the day\’s tours and that any consumer enquiries/issues are responded to effectively
- Supporting the Business Sales Manager with the booking and experience for B2B clients
Reporting Line
The role reports into the Events & Reservations Manager and is part of the Sales & Marketing team at GOGBL.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or wine/spirits industry
- Passion for providing 5-star guest experiences, be guided by a customer-first mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient spoken English, additional languages are beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills
- Requires considerable movement around the site to monitor/support activities
- Experience working with a ticketing system (desired but not essential)
- Must be flexible with work schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
