Southampton Football Club is looking for individuals who want to be part of our legacy!
This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to try a new work environment or who wants to be part of a sporting and stadium experience. Our sites are open all year round so this role would also suit anyone looking for flexibility or who is unable to commit to a permanent position – with a variety of weekend, evening or daytime shifts.
Our Casual Grounds staff play a pivotal role in the presentation and upkeep of our grounds. You’ll work alongside a team of Grounds Operatives and assist with cover, supporting with repairing the pitch immediately after matches and the setup of playing surfaces.
This opportunity is ideal for those who are studying Groundmanship, Horticulture or are currently working in the industry.
