Your Career
This role gives you the opportunity to build deep expertise in end-to-end pension processing while developing strong analytical, organisational, and customer service skills. Your Team
You’ll join a dedicated and collaborative pensions team committed to delivering accurate and timely services for our customers. Working closely with Senior Pension Analysts and Team Leaders across payroll and customer support, you’ll play an important role in ensuring pension data is correct, reconciled, and compliant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and reconciliation of pension services , ensuring that every submission is accurate, timely, and aligned with customer requirements. By escalating issues promptly, liaising with senior colleagues, and resolving discrepancies, you will help safeguard compliance and maintain strong customer relationships.
