We are looking for the Master of Motivation, the Champion of Creativity and the leader who makes a difference! If you believe student life should be more than just lectures and deadlines, we\’ve got the perfect role for you. You will be turning ideas into impact and transform student experience across the college. You will lead an inclusive and high-energy enrichment programme that empowers learners, supports personal development and meets Ofsted\’s gold standard. You will:

  • Design and deliver a vibrant calendar of enrichment, wellbeing, sporting and cultural activities
  • Lead a team of enrichment leads and collaborating with curriculum, safeguarding and support services
  • Champion student voice through reps, peer mentors and ambassador programmes
  • Run flagship events such as Freshers\’ Fair, Induction and Open Days (yes, you\’ll be the brains behind the buzz!)
  • Drive innovation with digital enrichment and inclusive access for all learners
  • Build partnerships with local organisations, charities and employers to boost community engagement
  • Measure impact through data, feedback and KPIs (because we love a good success story)

    You will have a flair for event planning, youth engagement and strategic leadership. You will need to have an experience in education, enrichment or student engagement (bonus points for FE sector know-how). You will also need a creative, inclusive mindset with a passion for student development and strong communication skills and the ability to inspire, lead and collaborate. Finally, you will need working knowledge of Ofsted\’s EIF, safeguarding and wellbeing best practices. Other than qualified to Level 2 or above in English, Maths and ICT, you will need a qualification in Youth Work, Event Management or Sports Leadership (or willing to work towards in employment).
